I was curious to find out if anyone here had experience with having one of their cats on Prozac and if so what the outcome was and also if anyone else has any opinions of info to share I would greatly appreciate it.  I have a cat who has an obsessive licking issue and three vets have now recommended Prozac after I have exhausted all recourses trying to save this as a last resort.

I give my males " Prozac to stop their indoor marking (peeing), which is their (correct for a cat) reaction to seeing a stray outside they can't chase away. Also for aggression. It works like a charm for both, vet says cats tolerate it very well. Give it a shot. If it weren't for this med, I doubt my males would still be with me.e
