My work place doesn't ever do that to me. They know better. Don't raise the hackles on the grumpy kitty when she is on vacation. I only usually take vacation at the end of the year, and then it's usually stressfull before it because my manager makes my life a living (well you know) until I actually go. And when I come back, nothing has been done, and I feel like I have to be there 24/7/365 just so things will get done, and I'm not the manager. I'm the babysitter with a title and nothing more. It's sad when you think about it. I do more then the manager, and I get NO credit for it. Oh well, we can't all be in our dream jobs now can we??
