Not normally. Most doctors don't do the prostate exam until 40+ unless you're having problems. If you're a pilot, I think it is a required part of the flight physical regardless of the age. One thing they normally do is a check for a hernia which involve *ahem* grabbing you and having you turn your head and cough. I had a hernia when I was about 15 and I got a small taste of what women probably go through when pregnant.
