I've been trying to get pics. He has not been to cooperative. I keep ending up with pictures of his tail! LOL! I will see if I can get some again. I wanted to document his surgery with pictures but it hasn't happened. Best laid plans...

I'm glad to hear that he's recovering so quickly. Hopefully he'll be rid of the "dread" collar tomorrow!

Yay Jingle, you heal dude, your meowmy wants you out of that collar too.
And just for inspiration, here's a pic of your biggest supporter.

It must have been a rough 9 days for both of you, but I am glad Jingles is recovering well. Good luck with the checkup tomorrow.

My dad's favorite "hobby" while visiting is stalking the critters and trying to take their pictures. I can't tell you how many butt and tail shots he has.....

Oh, and this is "us"
doing the happy dance that your little man is on the mend!

OK! We are back from the vet and the collar is off!!!
My vet in on vacation but I saw the other one I like. She removed the stitches she could (the rest will dissolve) and said Jingle looked great.
He has been grooming himself non-stop since we got home. There's a little swelling where she removed the stitches, but otherwise he is fine. What a relief!! I brushed him down good and gave him some hairball treats (since he will be cleaning himself all day). He doesn't have to go back for 2 months. Then they will run some tests & recheck his other eye and make sure everything is ok.
I am still trying to get pics! I have had no luck posting them though. I'm not very comptuer savy-have to wait for the kids to get home

At least teenagers are good for something!

Yay Jingle!
I bet he feels like a million bucks now that he's covered himself in cat spit!

YUP!
And he can actually lay his head down without having to deal with the ecollar. He was sleeping but he is up cleaning his belly right now. I took the day off to keep an eye on him (don't tell the boss, I told him I had a tummy ache!
)
btw, Arlyn, Ivory is beautiful!

Our lips are sealed.

You had nursing duties today.

I am glad that sweet Jingles is recovering so quickly.
