I know, but I just really do not want to get doc involved. My mom went through so many tests (back then they weren't as good as they are now) did everything she was supposed to do, and then ended up getting pregant with out the docs help. I have VERY long cycles, let she did. I tried the temp thing and it does appear that things are in working order just more drawn out then most people. So were normal girls get 12-13 tries a year, I get more like 6. Hubby just switched jobs and the new health insurance should be kicking in tommorrow. We did a year of trying like crazy (temping and everything), and this year we are trying to go with the if it happens it happens relaxed idea. So if it doesn't happen by June 20th 2004, I will have to get docs involved.Originally posted by Deb25
I am not trying to sound harsh, Val, but after 2 years, perhaps it's time for both you and Rich to have a check-up. Our media specialist at work had her OB/GYN tell her that it should take 4-6 months from when they begin trying.
Oops, sorry Cindy. I pretty much just posted the same thing without reading your post.Originally posted by katl8e
Sometimes, men don't want to get checked. A lot of them equate fertility with virility. A sperm count is the first test done, because it is the cheapest and easiest. Five minutes of his time and a few minutes, with a microscope gets it done.
Bring him on, sister!Originally posted by katl8e
Prior to my own "fix", I would have found an infertile man VERY attractive.
