I'm hanging on the other end of the phone to SKY right now who i have my broadband with because i still can't get access to my home e-mails from the office?. A letter arrived last night to say they had reset everything and that i should be able to gain access but i still can't
EDIT. They've given me a new password and i'm in. Theres an attachment there but it doesn't say who from and it won't let me open it
