Hello,
I have some teriyaki-flavored ahi tuna jerky that is all-natural, etc. It is an expensive, "artisanal" product, so the main ingredient is the tuna. Seventh or eighth on the list of ingredients are onion powder and garlic powder. I can't taste or smell either of them, so the amount has to be very small. Would it be safe for my cat? I didn't buy it for him. I actually went to a lot of trouble to keep it from him, but he returned the favor and managed to get to the package today. He wasn't able to open the package or eat any of it, but frankly, it was really expensive, I don't like it, and he seems eager to try it, so if it would be safe as a treat, it would prefer to give it to him than eventually discard it.
Thanks for your advice.
