So this cat waited for me on my front door and begged for food 2 weeks ago. Since then she lives with us and goes out free every day. It is clearly a very young cat, but I am wondering if she is pregnant. What do you think?

She is most likely pregnant since she is unspayed and goes outside. You can get her spayed now if you don’t want kittens. Please keep her inside though, and get her spayed after the kittens wean if you continue the pregnancy.

A vet would be able to tell if she's already been spayed before.
