Is there any Antibiotic Coco will not throw up?

Coco is 16.
Has your Cat had any other problems now that she is older.
Coco has some other problems.
The Vet just called and we will do the Antibiotics for 2 weeks more then do a Urine test again.

Yes, she has some other problems too. This is actually the most minor one, but my vet wants to treat it before it becomes more serious, serious enough to possibly affect kidney function.

I hope you get through those 2 weeks of treatment without any problems.

She didnt throw up last night so it looks like this will work out. The Vet said the same thing the infection has to be stopped so it wont go in her kidneys. Did your Cat lose weight when it got older?
