Just shifting my start time the past couple of weeks has messed me up.

I usually work 10 am to 4 pm but get up at 6 am. For the next couple of weeks I have to be at work at 6 am. I'm only getting up an hour early really only 35 minutes at my husbands alarm goes off at 5:25 which is now the time I leave the house.
I'm sure landscaping after I've but in 7-8 hours isn't helping either!

Me and my mom both are hootie hoot owls and we stay up all night (She working 7 - 7) and me just stalking the outdoors I guess?? Or The catsite =)

I sleep better during the day because I know where everyone is during the day and I don't have to worry about being woke up at 5 a.m by cats =)

Everyone is different, people who work night shift have more stress and do contract some something, we don't have it =)

Best of luck, get dark curtains, a cuddle buddy, and the little eye cover things? Lol
