Glad that's not my bed! She can't really stay there, see if she will tolerate you moving them to a box with clean bedding. Weigh them as well, in grams. Keep weighing them once a day at about the same time, they should put on 10g or more most days. It's not unusual for them to not gain or even lose a tiny bit in the first day or two. Healthy kittens huddle togeather, and are quiet most of the time - they should be feeding or sleeping. Hope you can tell them all apart from the markings.

Yeah she moved them herself to her nesting box thankfully, unfortunately I have to get new bedding lol ! We'll... Unlucky enough they all look the same except 1 lol so it will be a tat struggle to know which is which
