Is Orijen/acana Being Sold To Nestle?

I heard there is speculation Champion Pet Foods which manufactures Orijen and Acana is in negotiation to be sold to Nestle for over 2 billion dollars.

I think it’s more of a nestle has offered 2bil to buy, but who knows. Champion has been vague about it. If that is the case it will be interesting if champion actually takes the bait or not. And if it does, well, that’ll show how interested they were in keepin pets healthy with quality food.

Considering they pulled their product from Chewy.com when Petsmart purchased it, it would be an odd move. But it wouldn't surprise me either.
