Is my cats neutered spot bleeding?

My kitten was neutered 2 weeks ago and now it’s looking a little concerning. After he did he neutered you could see a little bit of the stitches, which i am not sure if it is normal, but. or after 2 weeks it’s looking black and his skin is a bit red. Should i be concerned or is it normal?

Its difficult to tell from the photos but in your position I would send the photos to the vet who did the operation for his opinion.
