If she's unspayed and has been around an intact male, yes, 99.9% chance. Cats are very fertile.

My cat had a male for about 1 or 2 weeks but they kept fighting and not getting along the female would run away from him and would not let him mate, deos she look pregnent?

How long ago was that?

Her nipples don't look like she's pregnant but it's different for every cat.

Was that her only exposure to an intact male? Does she go outside unsupervised?

No she deosnt go outside she's a ragdol cat, we keep her indoors as i heard they are indoor cats
