My 1 year old cat sky has been acting a little bit different lately like she is really calm and lays on the ground all the time and relaxes and hasn't been in heat in

a while... She goes outside a lot too a few times a day. Also here is a picture of her nipples they look a bit different I didn't even notice them before!
