Is My Cat Pregnant?

I noticed her behavior change towards me and the other cats.
She is showing more affection towards me.
She is also meowing more than usual, and just yesterday she puked. I think of it as morning sickness? I know it's uncommon for queens to puke when pregnant, but she's done it before when she was.
She is hissing at the male cats if they get near her, or jump up to where she is sitting which is uncommon for her male kits, but is common for her brother.

I am not sure if she is or isn't.
