hi. My cat Landau is one. We found her being mated the day before her spay. My partner wanted to see if she would be pregnant and keep the litter. So my question is. She is 64-5 days pregnant. She has been restless and nesting for over 3 days. She is also been secluding herself but still loves tummy pats. Looks like a small litter maybe 2 kittens and they have been crazy active for 3 days aswell and she's always tired. I'm constantly thinking these are signs of labour and have barely slept in days staying up most the night. Advice please!!

Welcome to TCS LandauRose. Pregnancy usually lasts between 65 and 73 days and there should be some vaginal discharge before delivery.
Is this your first experience with a cat's pregnancy?
Please keep in touch and don't hesitate to ask questions if you have any.

Usually the kittens calm down some before delivery. And momma drops ie seems less big.

so their liveliness hints sooner the delivery isnt immediate.

Has she been dewormed lately? Both round and tape worms?

anyway, probably too late now to deworm now. Still, worms is my guess if not dewormed.

Another option is if its problems with food. Any change in food?

You could always try with some probiotics. Cant hurt, may help.

She is ready to deliver, the gurgling may be the kittens lining up to be born. Watch for tightening of her abdomen, if she doesn't deliver after an hour of trying, call your vet. You might call them now to maybe answer your question. Keep us posted!

Hi. Yep she is all up to date with worming and fleaing. It's 12:24am no vets are open unfortunately. Keeping a good eye on her. She is either in labour or sick.

My cat was acting exactly like this when she was 65 days pregnant
She ended up having them on day 68.
She was very restless until about 15 hours before she had them she just started laying down alot and she looked exhausted she couldnt keep her eyes open even if she tried so keep an eye out for that

She still hasn't had them. She's started making sure she can see me but still be in her nesting area. I tried to see if she has milk coming out. I can feel she has milk but cannot see it when I squze them. They do look very dry and flake skin though.
I'm guessing that since I can't get milk she is still not close?
Also still no discharge

She's overdue but no signs of labour. Serious she acts just like she would if she wasn't preganant. Any advice?
