I got little mrs jinx 4 days ago an the lady that was giving them away free said the mom is black and white but said nothing about what breed they are? All she said was they are 4 months old and I fell in love with jinx. I've shown people pictures of her and they all say she's big for 4 months so what is she? Please help I do not care what she is I would just like to know for when I bring her to the vet.

She IS big! Without papers, she would be a Grey Domestic Shorthair Tabby with White. AND a very beautiful girl, you should be very proud!

As an answer to your question in the title: She's a broken Mackerel.

And yes, it's normal to have spots and stripes ^^
