I would wait to see if the eye heals. If there is any discharge evident, the kitten may need an antibiotic. Other than that, there is little the vet can do. If you do need to go in, just take the one kitten and no one else.

Congratulations, by the way! They came very quickly! [emoji]128522[/emoji]

Keep us posted!

These are signs my girl showed before she gave birth. Keep an eye out contractions, they look like shes tensing her belly. Hope all goes well.

So sorry to hear about the kitten with the eye problem passing away. I'm glad to hear that the other three kittens are doing well though.

The umbilical cords fall off within 7-10 days.

On behalf of the Cat Site Moderating Team, we are so sorry for the loss of your kitten. When a member has a loss of cat or kitten, we lock the thread to show our sympathy and respect for your loss. I see that you have opened another thread about one of the kittens and you may continue to post in that thread. I will lock this one now. So Sorry. You might consider posting a memorial to the little fur baby in our
Crossing the Bridge Forum.http://www.thecatsite.com/f/19/crossing-the-bridge
