I'm not a doctor, but form expierence, you eyes get worse as you mature. Then start to stabilize. Males tend to stabilize slower then women, probably 23 where females stabilize around 21...I think thats what my eye doctor said.
I got my first pair of glasses in first grade, as of now I am 20 and legally blind, but my eyes finally stabilized...Just can't see anything without contacts/glasses. Lasic Surgery soon!
