My darling Lucy was a rescue kitten and is now nearing ten years old. About 2 years ago she had urinary tract infection and was treated by a vet. I also gradually switched her to purina,s dry cat food for urinary problems. She ate that till i took in another cat who was abandoned. The lady that found him helped me with the vet bill to get him neutered and shots since i am on disability. I thought he was a kitten (vet says he is one year old by his teeth) so fed him kitten chow. He loves gravy off canned but wont eat them meat. Anyway, my senior cat found his kitten chow and loves it. My concern, of course, will it cause another urinary tract infection. She seems more active on the kitten chow and hasn't gained weight yet since it's been 2 months on the kitten chow. Thank you.
