Is he a ghost tabby?

hi! this is Marcel, and he's 3 years old! I recently learned what a ghost tabby is, and I think he is one, but I'm not so sure. (sorry that he looks brown in the pictures! I can assure you, he isn't. pretty sure he's a black smoke cat! (or at least that's what my mom told me.))

Ghost tabby is when you can only see the stripes in the light. Usually, they grow out of the stripes.

I'm not sure about smoke tabbies but maybe another poster will chime in!
