When I first got Irving, (my first foster kitten) he was so sick with an URI. He had a complete melt down. First he was plucked from a dumpster by his "finder" (and the rest of his litter) was spayed the next day, then to my house all within 48 hours. He hissed, bit me, scratched etc. Only 8 weeks old. I decided he'd be better in our ferret cage (empty of course). He spent the next 24 hours in there, ignoring the world and hissing at me when I peeked in. He decided on his own to come out and be a kitten. A week later, ferret cage still up, he decides to revisit his first "home". This is what I found:
Update, today Irving and his brother (whom I got later that same night) are in Northern Va at Petsmart, for the weekend, and hopefully will get adopted
