Just wanted to share a few pics of yet another kitty to cross my path. This sweet, sweet boy is Dustin. Got a call about him a few weeks ago. He was rescued by a woman who means well, but wasn't able to care for him properly. She asked if the rescue I work with could take him and we did. After spending many months in a cage at her house, he spent the first two weeks at the rescue curled up inside a soccer ball kitty bed. With a lot of love and reassurance, he finally realized it was safe and emerged last weekend. Since then, he's been loving all the petting and attention. He's still a little unsure of himself, but is well on the way to be being a very friendly, confident kitty.
