I use ICQ myself. There's supposed to be a cool program out there called Trillian, and it lets you use all 3 at once in one program. I haven't tried it, but I may have to get it. I've used AIM and yahoo, I prefer AIM over yahoo, but my mother's on that one and I don't want to feel obligated to talk to her all the time. I love her, but there's a limit...
*spitting coke all over my computer* ...that's hilarious!!!
But seriously, it isn't that hard...I found a name rather easily....just use your name and put your birthday behind it or your moms birthday or some other date that is easy for you to remember.
Could someone give me some info on this Trillian thing? How does it work? I have AIM, Yahoo and ICQ.....can I combine them, and how does that work?????
I was looking for a new messenger and wanted to see what everyone else was using. I'll be looking into Trillian, since it seems I have a mix of friends on Yahoo and MSN. It would be perfect to have a messenger that combine these.
I just got Trillian, and I must say that I am impressed. The only thing I didn't like is it couldn't import my ICQ contact list, because my version of ICQ was too new, but it makes adding contacts easy! Just enter the UIN and voila! the contact appears. It automatically got my AIM list off the server. I don't use MSN messenger, but it supports that, as well as yahoo and IRC!
