Yes, it does. She also has separated a little bit but that is OK, I've had them do that and they heal. How is she acting? Eating, drinking, not hiding? I would take those pictures to the vet, or send them via e-mail, and see if they recommend an antibiotic. i get liquid and put it in a bit of lickable treat, like Delectable Lickabels in the stew flavors, or in some tuna juice. Please keep us posted on what you find out!
That's my feeling, as well. Call the vet. He may want you to come in. And please, let us know. We'll fret!
