Infected claw?

I noticed last night that the skin around one of the claws on my cats front foot was red and puffy. When I checked a little later it was no longer red but still puffy. I also noticed that there were green spots on her claw. It doesn't seem to be bothering her,  Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be a nail fungus?

I just checked her paw again this moring and it pink and puffy but the green spots are not actually on her claw but the skin around it.

Green spots sound concerning, as does the pinkness and puffiness. Sounds like time for a vet visit.

I cleaned the spot yesterday with a little diluted peroxide and the green stuff came off. It seemed like dried up pus. Her toe is not as red today but still puffy. My vet can't see her until Tuesday.
