I am super frustrated right now and will be super grateful for any advice or experiences with this shady business.
When we adopted our cat we were eligible for a 30 days trial with 24petwatch which we gladly accepted. But as we were not at all impressed with their services and found better we just wanted to cancel as otherwise we would have to pay for membership.
Turns out there is no online cancellation button or anything and their offices are not in use on the weekends. All I could do was sending them a message making it very clear we want to cancel and will not accept being billed.
I am still furious as I am not sure this will be sufficient as a method of cancelling.
Does anybody have experienced with this company ??? Super annoyed right now !!!
