My cat has a swollen tummy and sores are there. She keeps licking and biting her stomach. I do not have any money for vet care, are there any free clinics in NYC that can help my baby?

I doubt there are any free clinics. See if there are any low cost vet clinics in your area. The NY SPCA web site may have info on vet resources for people with financial difficulties. I'm sorry you are having financial difficulties. From your picture it looks like your cat needs medical treatment. Do you have a regular vet who knows you and can set up a payment plan in small increments? Or could you send the pic to your vet and ask their advice?
