I would definetely get the police involved,this is theft and its your grandmas. I would say if it was just your sisters card don't get involved and let her sort it out herself but its not,its your grandma and if it were my grandma I wouldn't be able to stop myself from calling the police.Good luck with it all,what an awful situation.x

I hope they reported it to the police and had him arrested, because if they didn't, it's too late now.  When you know someone stole something, especially a credit card, you don't sit on your hands and debate for days or weeks what to do about it.  The first thing you do is report it missing and call the police if and file a report.

Not doing so in a timely matter, especially when you know who it was that took and used the card, means that a loan was extended to the person and that no theft occured.
