You can hand write the invites on some scrolly type paper, and then get a wax seal to seal them, that'd be kind of neat...

The main ways we saved money was by doing things ourselves(or asking others to do things for us).

We had our immediate family only (= 2 x mums, 2 x dads and 2 x brothers - one brother had a wife and 2 kids and one had a partner) 10 guests and us.

I wore my mums dress which we altered, Nick wore a suit he already owned. We did the order of service up on the computer and put it together nicely. Nick's mum did my flowers and for photo's we asked everyone to bring there camera (can I just say we got some really nice pics this way - no forced smiles like you can have with too many posed pics).
