One year I decided to do a whole bunch of baking and give that away for gifts. I made 12 dozen cookies/bars with 12 different recipes. I was baking and freezing for weeks ahead of time. If I ever do it again, I'll try your method.

I got a big tray of Christmas cookies yesterday

I am so excited!! There are way too many for me to eat, so I am going to bring them to my sisters for Christmas to share with the fam
