I'm just too excited!!

If everything goes according to plan, tomorow I will be leaving work early and heading to the humane society to get a second kitty.

I'm sooooo excited! I can't sit still

I'm not sure how I'll be able to get through the day at work tomorow.

I checked the shelter's website... lots of really cute kitties. Unfortunately the website hasn't been updated in a few days and they don't put all their cats on the website.
But just for fun... which one is the cutest?

I know I can't choose a pet based on a photo... but it helps me kill time until I can choose for real.

anyways, everything is set.
I got confirmation from my friend that I'll have a ride back from the humane society and from my boss that I can leave work early.

I'd pick Misha. She looks like she might have some Siamese in her, and I'm partial to Siamese cats.

I hadn't noticed... I think you're right. Well, with my current cat Joshua being so vocal, I could have a whole choir going.

SHE'S HERE!! MY NEW KITTY IS HERE!

It was so hard to pick. There were 3 cats I really liked but I finally picked one. I almost had tears in my eyes from leaving the other two behind.

My new kitty is a girl, 5 months old and she's light brown tabby. She is gorgeous!!
The woman at the shelter thought she might be part abyssinian (spelling?)
She came in the shelter as a stray. She isn't spayed and they think she might be pregnant... which means she needs to get spayed ASAP!! (there's no way I'm letting a 5 month old kitten give birth!)

Joshua knows she's here. I just fed him and he's not eating (that's VERY unusual for him). I think they really want to meet each other (they're on opposite sides of my bedroom door meowing) but they'll have to wait a little.
