Actually I have half of a big pumpkin chocolate chip cake in the other room to finish! DH surely wouldn't mind helping with the extra cake too!

Could you post or PM me the recipe? We have three huge pumpkins I have to do something with! I estimate that there's enough pumpkin to make about 10 pumpkin pies. Far too many!

The recipe is in the Cooking with Cattitude II cookbook. I called it Pumpkin's Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cake. If you don't have that let me know and I'll PM it to you!
