Hi all! I'm new to this group. I've had cats all my life and don't think I can live without at least one sharing my home. Currently I'm mom to Grace, a 6 yo female we rescued as a feral kitten; Pixie, a 5 yo female kitten of a rescued stray; Moe, a 4 yo male kitten of a rescued stray; and JuneBug, a 3 yo male kitten of a rescued stray. See a pattern there?
We also keep a bowl of food on the porch for the neighborhood cats: two toms and two females who we had spayed. If we could catch the toms, we'd neuter them too.
I found this site while looking for recommendations to keep Moe entertained while he recovers from surgery to remove a stone from his bladder. He's confined to a small bathroom for two weeks, and wearing the cone of shame. My little Motor-Scooter is restless and bored, and missing his buddy JuneBug.
I'm hoping to find more information on keeping my boy's urinary tract healthy, as well as find an ideal diet for the rest of the kids. Lots of good stuff to read through!
