Ill after spaying

My 6 month old female cat was neutered on Friday (2 days ago) and she seemed tired but fine.  Today, however she is hardly to move and appears to have swallowing problems.  She has not eaten since yesterday and now has spewed up yellow bile. I am worried sick.  The wound looks nice and clean but she is not well at all.

I would contact the vet immediately. Did they give you anything to manage her pain? Has she been eating, drinking and using her litter box?

I live on a remote island with no vet.  As far as I am aware she has not used her litter try today either.  She has not eaten or had a drink at all today.

Where was your kitten spayed? This is an emergency. Your kitten needs medical attention ASAP
