I am so sorry to hear about your sister.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I understand wanting to move closer to her. I moved back to my Grandparents home after my Grandma was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. I spent 5 years caring for her and my Grandpa. My Grandma died in January of this year. I was so grateful that I was able to spend time with her and able to care for her. Good luck on your move because I understand wanting to spend as much time with someone who doesn't have much time left.
