I'm having a tough time with this one. I really liek the looks of two, but wouldn't complain about being on the lake in number 4.

Oh, no hesitation for me: #4. Two would be the runner up.

Definitely 4. Away from people and no neighbors. Nice and quiet, calm....peaceful.
If 2 was on several acres, meaning no neighbors with some undeveloped land, I do love that style of home as well.

2 if it has at least an acre of land and a well landscaped yard and garden.

No 5 I like modern homes with a lot of glass, and it has a pool. Since money is no object, I would be paying people to clean including the windows and to take care of the pool.

I don't like the idea of living on the water or having a pool. Mosquitoes and fear of my child drowning. So they're out. If I was single, 1 would be super cute, but we wouldn't all fit, and 3 is boring. So between 2 and 6. I think I'd choose 2 because of the porch.

#2. I love it’s traditional look and especially the wrap around porches. The lake house would be lovely except it is practically right in the lake, with the boat dock underneath. You could have people boating by just feet from your windows. I supposed if money were no object I could move it up the hill a bit though.

If #2 was a true historic Victorian I would pick that otherwise I love the rustic look of #4 especially with the view of the water.

#4. I kind of live in that setting now (minus the lake). Would be nice to just go outside and fish - no permit needed.
I'm already used to not going out at night (predators everywhere), but a lake would be nice.
Except for the bugs....I hate bugs.

Is that a car in the water garage of #4? Haha, I think someone's photoshop skills need some brushing up! I'm pretty sure a water garage wouldn't look exactly like that anyway. But I do like that style of house, and a lake would be nice. The bugs usually aren't too bad except in flood years.

# 1 is a container home; I've seen the plans. I wouldn't mind a tiny house if it had enough land and outbuildings for storage. I don't particularly like that design, but given the shape of containers there aren't a lot of options for container homes.

I've always liked symmetrical houses like # 3 but I'd be rattling around a house of that size. I suppose each cat could have their own room or something, lol.
