Any updates?
That's a good point! Keep yourself up to date with your local rescues, you never know who might come along! I just ended up with a Meg that I wasn't expecting to keep!Originally Posted by fifi1puss
It is a sad situation. I feel for you. I think it may be best to wait to get anyone new though and I'll tell you why. I have three and am at capacity. I had found a stray little kitty not to long ago but couldn't keep her. Made me very sad. I think that perhaps if you leave the room for one, a cat that is really in need will come your way.

I totally agree with that, mine give me a reason to get up in the morning and no matter how ill I feel, I have to see to my furries. I'm never lonely because there's always someone willing to join me when my other half is working.Originally Posted by PintaMeez
Awww, it's nice that you have added two new furry children to your family! Congrats!
I feel very strongly that dealing with my own mental illness has been easier with animals in my life. If I didn't have pets, I'd die of boredom and loneliness. They make my life better. They make me happy. They help me deal with anxiety and sadness. Better than ANY therapist ever could be.

I'm pretty sure mine think that about me sometimes!!Originally Posted by RussianKitten

I seriously doubt they have a licence, especially when they were behind the counter, and i'd bet that Leeds Market have no idea either which again is why they have them behind the counter. Coming from a farm sounds like they've probably got a few poor cats running around unspayed/un neutered.Originally Posted by RussianKitten
I'm guessing they must have some sort of licence to sell the kittens? These two came from a farm so they wern't there long.

It is simply an intrinsic part of being a responsible pet owner (and lover!!!!).Originally Posted by Nekochan
