I'd also call the vet and ask for advice - a lot of vets, especially in the middle of treatment, will be very helpful with suggestions. She does have to eat - the vet may also suggest, besides the excellent suggestions you got, an appetite stimulant and/or a few cans of certain prescription foods. I think it's Hills A/D that is high calorie and pretty irresistable to most cats. My vet gave me two cans when my Dharma wouldn't eat after antibiotics.
