My co-worker's daughter is going through a lot of tests right now too. They are pretty sure it's her thyroid bc litterally everyone else in the family already has issues with theirs. She's had similar symptoms if I remember your last post correctly. (ie. She's been sick and tired all the time. But at first they blamed it on her school schedule since she was in an intense program, I forget the exact title, but she basically is a companion to the deaf & blind)
