Hello, I was planning to get my cat spayed after her heat was over but last night she escaped through a window someone had left open, we found her 4 hours later, is it possible that she became pregnant?

It could be, but don't take the chance. Have her spayed ASAP now. I have had several cats spayed while they were in heat, but the vet has to know, their blood vessels are engorged. The same if you suspect they are pregnant, just inform the vet. You can request not to be informed of the results. If you decide to see if she is pregnant and let her go, she will more than likely escape each time and get pregnant again, believe me. I have had several cats get pregnant when their litters are only a week or two old, and this is not good for their health, and they wean the kittens too early. One of these escape artists I had was pregnant 3 times in one summer and presented me with 17 kittens, so watch out! And she wasn't the only one!

If she's in heat, then yes it's a possibility, but go ahead and get her spayed ASAP.
