If you are going to breed, wouldn't you want some genetic variety? She is gorgeous, though, and I know you have fully researched this line. I just don't know what to advise, but if you want the beautiful kitty, go for it!

She doesn't look long nosed to me. But even if she were, I'd love to see more people breeding the long nosed Persians. I would love to get a doll faced Persian. I think they are SO adorable.

That's what I was thinking..I don't think it's a good idea that you have three females from the same litter. I wouldn't even have two but having three might get you trapped in a genitic corner.
