I'm a skywatcher, too. I love to see anything out of the ordinary (as long as I don't see a plane crash). CoolCat may remember me telling this story, but many years ago when I was a child in San Juan, my brother and I were playing with some other children at a playground across the street from the ocean. A silver object came out of the sky and landed in the ocean. We watched it bob in the water for a few minutes. Then my brother, who was about 11, said "I think it's time to go in now." He took all us younger kids into the apartment where my parents were visiting friends. We didn't say a word about what we saw to the adults. It never even crossed my mind to tell. When I told the story to my dad years later, he remembered exactly who they were visiting in that apartment near the ocean. I regret not telling him about it at the time, because he would have surely loved to have seen it.
