I ran over a cat that we are now keeping and it costs me $450 so far. Now we need an x-ray to see if his pelvic and leg healed. I started a go fund me and would like to share.

Hello! Blessings on you for helping Gordon! Personally, I feel that it would legitimize your request to provide the name and address of the veterinarian - in fact, most (if not all) veterinarians will accept donations earmarked for a particular cat. Just a suggestion -  and I salute you for doing the right thing in doing what is best for Gordon - he is much better off with you than with his incapable former owner.
