I hope I never ever have to live in an apartment building because I am one of those that love to blast my music. And of course if I end up in an apartment building I'd be considerate enough to keep it at a low volume. I do that even now with the people I live with. If nobody is home I crank it up, if there are people home I keep it low. It's only respectful.
