Hi, is this fee going to be optional? I've learned everything that I know about cats mostly from this site, and I too would hate to see it gone, but I am a poor college student, living on a weekly paycheck of 150 and I have bills to pay so I don't get evicted. I don't think I have the money to afford a membership
