chocohotopots....or molten lava cakes (if you'd like that recipe, let me know, I have it too...but I like the chocohotopots a lot)

....maybe with raspberries on the side.

Recipe:

This makes 4. As I see it, you could cut the amount in half or save the leftover mix for the next night. You don't want to cook more than you can eat, and trust me you wont want more than one...these are sweet.

You need ramekins (the little bake-able pots you see in with the kitchen stuff), and a baking sheet.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup dark chocolate (60%)
2 large eggs
2/3 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons plain flour
100g white chocolate chips or morsels

place baking sheet in the oven and preheat to 400F
Butter 4 ramekins (2/3 cup)
melt the butter and dark chocolate either in microwave or in a bowl suspended over a pot of boiling water. Set aside
In a seperate bowl, mix eggs with sugar and flour. Beat in cooled butter and chocolate mix. Fold in white chocolate chips. Divide amongst the four pots.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 mins. Tops will be cooked and cracked, and chocolate gungy and gooey underneath.
Place each ramekin on a small plate and serve with a teaspoon. I also like it with a little whipped cream because it is SWEET!
