well, i've had her about a month now. oh goodness, what if your right? where do i even start looking, if she has?

Can you contact the people you got her from? Get them to keep a look out for her and put fliers round that area as well as round your area.

She may have got confused and tried to get back there seeing as it`s only been a month. It`s not that long really.

yeh, i might be able to get in touch with them. the thing is, i mentioned what you said to my partner, & we got Sassy from a place, that's like 80 mile's away. i mean, would she even bother to try & get back, if it's that far away?

One of my cats, Nemo, is 7 years old this year. We moved from the place where he was raised, which is across the city and after the move (about a week) he disappeared, and we thought the worst, he was only 5 though. He was gone for about two months, and we mistakenly went down our old street, and seen Nemo across the street at another cat lovers place.
It was across the city, with at least a dozen busy streets, and he made it home.
Another cat made it home from downtown after an unfortunate night, she was thrown out of a vehicle.

You should check with the previous owners.
We make sure and blindfold the little devil when we move.
So he wont memorize the instructions
