I locked my keys in my car

I thought I did this once. I was running a meeting outside of our office at a local hotel. It was late, I had just hosted dinner and I couldn't find my car key in my purse. I assumed (and you know what that means) that I had locked it in the car trunk with my coat. I called my husband and had him drive 15 minutes to bring me my spare key.
He came and FORGOT to bring my key
. He then decided that we would go and try to get in the car some other way...when we got back to my car lo and behold my car key was on the grass behind my car. I apparently dropped it when I was unloading the trunk.
We both laughed, and drove home in our respective cars. Good thing the grass was so high, or I wouldn't have had a car anymore
Luckily my new car key is so dang big I can't loose sight of it.
